Subject: Feedback on Damaged Radiator Purchase – Request for Consideration
Hi Sir/Mam
I recently purchased a radiator listed as suitable for the Hyundai Tucson JM/Kia Sportage 2.0L/2.7L (G4GC/G6BA). After receiving it, I didn’t notice any damage initially and went ahead to install it in my car. However, once I filled it with coolant, I noticed it was leaking due to a crack or damage that I had not seen before.
As a result, I had to remove it and reinstall my old radiator just to keep the vehicle running. I still have the damaged radiator with me and had thought about returning it, but I saw your policy mentions that refunds may not be accepted once the product is opened. I understand the policy, but I wanted to express my disappointment as the radiator was faulty from the beginning.
I’m not necessarily expecting a refund, but I hope you’ll take this feedback into account, as it was quite inconvenient and disappointing.
