Shipping:

All orders will be shipped and delivered in approximately 2-10 working days. Please allow more for regional and remote areas. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number when you parcel leaves our warehouse. Orders placed before 2pm AEST will ship same day (excluding weekends). A lot of the time we will still get orders shipped same day after this deadline, but it is not guaranteed. If your order will take longer than that to ship, we will contact you to confirm a delivery time.

We ship using a variety of different services including Aramex, Couriers Please, Startrack, DHL and Australia Post. We also offer an Express Post/Air service (where possible). Allied Auto Online is not responsible for any goods sent to an incorrect address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to purchase.

*We also offer a free shipping service for orders over $100.00 to metro areas.  Please keep in mind that our free shipping option utilises the cheapest option for freight out of the range of couriers we use. If your order is time sensitive, we do recommend utilising one of the paid express couriers to ensure a prompt delivery. If you are located outside of a metro area, standard shipping rates apply.

Important: Charges on orders over $100.00 may occur if your purchase includes bulky or oversized items, which require additional shipping fees.

Goods in stock will usually be dispatched within 1 business day. If not in stock, goods can take an extra 5-7 days to ship.

Standard – Allow 2-14 days delivery, depending on shipping address.

Express – Allow 1-5 days delivery, depending on shipping address.

 

Returns:

All returns must be arranged with our customer service team. Returns are free if returned within 60 days of delivery date. Utilise our free returns here.  For returns older than 60 days, please contact our sales team at sales@alliedautoonline.com.au to arrange a return. 

 

All parts must be returned in the correct packaging and must be able to be re-saleable.

Returns may be rejected for reasons including:

  • The Product has been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions;
  • The Product has been involved in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair;
  • The Product has been dealt with or used contrary to our or the manufacturer's instructions for the Product

Correct installation techniques include matching and verifying that the product is correct prior to installation. If an item has been fitted for any reason, it will not be eligible for a credit.
